Amberleigh House was the original farmhouse at the present Hurdlow site and has been refurbished to an exceptionally high standard with views across fields and the rolling countryside. You enter the accommodation into to the good sized luxurious lounge with oak floors and leather sofas. Through to the rear is the fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops and traditional farmhouse dining table and chairs. A door off the kitchen takes you out onto your own private patio area which enjoys the afternoon and early evening sun. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with two single beds. (they can be linked together as doubles on request) and a separate shower room with hand basin and toilet. The stairs lead to the remaining bedrooms, one with two single beds (that can be linked together) and it's own en suite shower room, with a hand basin and toilet, the third having a double bed and the fourth with two single beds (that can be linked together) and its own en suite shower room. There is a sitting out area to the rear which is part of a meadow and general use of the grounds surrounding the properties location. This property is excellent for anyone requiring ground floor accommodation.
